In order to celebrate Halloween, the Austin TX based Sideserf Cake Studio created a shy and spooky little ghost guy. The famous King Boo himself!

The whole thing is pretty adorable. Cake – Black Belt – Jedi, Natalie Sideserf walks us through the process of creating the King of the Boos. The whole thing is pretty adorable. She walks you through the ins and outs of creating the cake and molding the fondant. She also does something really interesting with a Ring-Pop in order to create Boo’s crown.

If you don’t recall, King Boo turned up a couple of times in the Mario-verse. He even turned up in Luigi’s Mansion to give Luigi a bit of trouble. I recall the boss battle against him was pretty tough as a kid.

If you haven’t already, check out some of Sideserf Cake Studio’s other how to videos on their YouTube Page. Also, head over to their website to check out some of the goodies they have over there and find out how to get a quote on your very own magical cake.
