Supermassive’s The Dark Pictures: Anthology Little Hope recently hits shelves. The series, ended with a tease of the next chapter in The Dark Pictures line-up and it features a very familiar demon’s face from The Exorcist.
The next entry titled House of Ashes, gives us a quick peek at where the story is headed and it looks like its going to offer up some heavy spooks and jump scares. Most interestingly, the game appears to feature Pazuzu the demon of the wind.
House of Ashes looks to be taking a very different approach. In the trailer we are introduced to a couple of military dudes who end up in a possessed cave in Israel. Throughout the trailer they talk about what occurred down in the caves and the whole thing leaves you with a pretty big cliffhanger.
Of course, we are going to have to wait to see how big a role Pazuzu plays in this one. In the meantime, if you haven’t given them a look just yet, check out Supermassive Games The Dark Pictures entries.
Man of Medan and Little Hope are the only two tiles out at the moment. Little Hope being the more recent one.
Little Hope follows a group of students who have an accident in a bus late at night. Lost and without their bus driver, they head off to find help. Only to become part of a night filled with terror and a reality that begins to bend and blur into 1692 New England where witches and curses start to challenge the group’s ability to survive.
Little Hope is out now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You can get your copy right here.
