The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 recently celebrated its 30th Anniversary and everyone is celebrating. Scream Factory released a new Blu-ray with a brand new 2K transfer and a pie load of special features. NECA is covering the toy end of that by adding another doll to their Mego inspired toy line. Say hello to the new Leatherface figure, everyone. He comes in a resealable blister packaging with stunning artwork by Mondo and NECA regular Jason Edmiston.

Like with all the other figures in their clothed line, Leatherface stands at 8″ tall and his clothing is detailed, right down to the tie print and suspenders. Oh and before you ask, of course he is totally poseable. He wouldn’t be an addition to this line if he weren’t, now would he?

And in case you were wondering what kind of accessories Leatherface comes with, you get the electric carving knife that was used on poor ol’ LG, an additional hand (to hold the chainsaw) and one more thing… what could it be? Oh right! A massive chainsaw! One thing I noticed that was a strange edition was the accessories handles open on one end to slip the hands over, as the fingers are all connected, rather than not having the fingers connected and sliding them around handles. I use to break so many GI Joe thumbs off doing that.

Leatherface can be brought home right now for the $25-$30 price range. You may wanna get him now to go along side the coming soon clothed Chop Top figure!
