Back in July, Michael Gross shared an image of himself from the seventh Tremors film. The image featured Burt Gummer looking rough around the edges and giving off an extreme Tom Hanks Cast Away vibe. At the time of our last article, the film was going under the working title of Tremors 7: Island Fury, the official title is Tremors 7: Shrieker Island.

The title is pointing out the cool fact that Shriker’s will be back in this entry. Shriekers have long been a fan favorite of the Tremors franchise. Although not a favorite of Burt Gummar’s in particularly.

The film also received its official rating and its one that fits in with some of the other sequels. The MPAA has rated Tremors 7: Shrieker Island PG-13 for “Creature violence, language throughout, some gore, and suggestive/drug references.”

Deadly Graboids are back, illegally brought in to a new island resort by a rich playboy looking for a trophy hunt.

Michael Gross joins Richard Brake (31) and Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite) in the latest entry of the franchise. While, Brian Brightly pens the screenplay with Don Michael Paul directing.
