CBS All Access has released images from season two of Jordan Peele and Simon Kinberg’s The Twilight Zone.

The new images give us just a glimpse of what’s to come in the new season with one photo from each episodes. Peele will return as host for the second season as well as serving as executive producer on the show.

Season two is expected to premiere in Summer 2020.

This is the third revival of The Twilight Zone since it first premiered back in 1959 with host Rod Serling. The series brought together some of the finest acting talent along with some of the best writers of its day to present brand new chilling tales each week.

Serling established a formula of presenting social commentary wrapped inside those episodes. It was his way of talking about what was going on in the world around him that disturbed him while presenting them in a way that captivated audiences.

The series was revived for a three-season run in 1985 and returned again in 2002 with Forest Whitaker serving as a host for the series.

In addition to the series, the series also spawned the 1983 anthology film Twilight Zone: The Movie.
