This past weekend’s brand new episode of Saturday Night Live was a special one for horror fans, as it featured appearances from The Walking Dead‘s Norman Reedus and even the ‘Ghost with the Most’, Beetlejuice. Well sort of, at least…
It was Michael Keaton who played host for the night, and in the hilarious opening monologue, cast-members Taran Killam and Bobby Moynihan insisted that he reprise his iconic roles of both Batman and Beetlejuice. Keaton initially declined, but eventually gave in.
Later in the night, during Weekend Update, Pete Davidson played a pothead who was asked for his thoughts on last week’s Season 5 finale of The Walking Dead, and he humorously joked that he’d be mistaken for a zombie if the apocalypse ever hit, due to the fact that he’s almost always stoned.
During the segment, Daryl Dixon himself made a surprise appearance and shot Davidson with one of his trademark arrows, mistaking him for a walker. He also appears to have killed another cast-member too, but we won’t worry about that.
Thanks to the magical powers of the internet, you can check out both Saturday Night Live clips below, which are sure to add a little enjoyment to your otherwise miserable Monday!
