Sigourney Weaver proved once again why she’s one of the baddest women on film yesterday when she paid a visit to North Bergen High School in New Jersey to surprise the theater department that presented Alien as a stage play earlier this year.
The high school shot to fame with its seriously impressive production of the classic sci-fi/horror film and earned the praise of Weaver and the film’s creator Ridley Scott alike. It also earned the respect of horror fans everywhere!
The show initially ran in March, but they planned a special production for April 26 aka Alien Day.
They had no idea that Weaver would be in attendance which you can see from their genuine reactions to her presence.

Not only did the actress share her congratulations with the stunned theater students, she also gave the performance a special introduction and stuck around to see it for herself.
Who says heroes don’t exist?
