The Handmaid’s Tale continues its onslaught of pure domination in the world of streaming. It really needs to change its name to the Handmaid’s Emmys because it keeps racking them up. Last I saw, it had 15 of them or so. Season 4 of The Handmaiden’s Tale just began and already the series has already become Hulu’s most streamed series ever.

The Handmaid’s Tale began its fourth season after a long hiatus and it has been met with phenomenal views. It has doubled its audience since its season 3 premiere. I partly think that is due to our COVID lockdown and the fact that people were able to stay home and catch up on all the series they had in their queue.

Deadline reports the streaming giant’s highest viewing numbers ever – beating out Palm Springs, Happiest Season and Run. In fact It is so far ahead that it is dominating both original series and original films.

Somba TV has made it somewhat easier to keep up with streaming numbers. The service keeps up with streaming numbers and is pretty on point when it comes to getting a good read on how many folks are streaming what.

Without a doubt The Handmaid’s Tale will continue to grow and remain a ubiquitous, thought-provoking and poignant part of pop culture. Plus, I’m sure that the series will win at least more Emmys next season.
