Rob Zombie Teases First New Song Arriving on Halloween Eve

by Trey Hilburn III

It’s been four whole years since we received Rob Zombie’s 2016 The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser. Just three days ago, Zombie posted a teaser video to his Instagram that revealed the name of a brand spanking new Rob Zombie song, perfectly titled, The Triumph of King Freak: A Crypt of Preservation and Superstition.

Earlier in the month, John 5 told Detroit’s WRIF that something was indeed in the works.
“You will be seeing something soon – That’s all I’ll say. Very, very, very soon. It’s coming very soon… We’re excited. I’m more excited than anyone, that’s for sure.” John 5 said.

Rob Zombie informed Kerrang! just last year that his album was already “one-hundred percent finished.” Due to the release of Three From Hell, it took a bit of a back seat, but its been there hibernating the whole time.

“We’ve worked on it for a long time. The songs are very catchy, but the structures are way more complex that they’ve been in the past. It’s kind of all over the place. I think the fans are going to love it.” Zombie said.

I don’t know about you guys but, that’s pretty exciting. It’s beyond perfect that Rob is releasing this song on Halloween Eve. Could you think of anything more on brand for Zombie?

The only thing I can think of that would be even more perfect is, what if Zombie just surprises us and releases the whole album instead of just one song? I know its unlikely, but never say never.

We will make sure to update you all when we get more info and you best believe we will post the song as soon as we get our ears on it.
