Rob Zombie’s The Devil’s Rejects tuns 15 today. The sequel to House of 1000 Corpses changed its aesthetic and became nightmare set in the casing of an depraved western. It’s a fan fave when it comes to the Firefly Family trilogy.
Zombie took to his socials to share some cool behind-the-scenes photos from his time on the set of The Devil’s Rejects.
“Happy Rejects day!!! Today marks the 15th Anniversary of the release of THE DEVIL’S REJECTS!! 💀💀💀 I can’t believe it’s been that long. This is a very special movie to me and always will be. Thank you to all the fans worldwide that have keep this film alive after so many years. You are the best.” Zombie posted.
The official synopsis for The Devil’s Rejects went like this:
The murderous, backwoods Firefly family take to the road to escape a vengeful police force which is not afraid of being as ruthless as their target.
It’s crazy to think that it’s already been 15 years since the film released. The third film in the trilogy, 3 From Hell released last year and tied up the Firefly saga nicely, while adding a new character into the mix.
The Devil’s Rejects remains a horror classic and we have to thank Zombie for the insane ride. So, raise a glass of your fave beverage and lets cheers The Firefly’s and Rob.
