Everything we hear about 2018’s Halloween keeps sounding better and better. With John Carpenter on board as executive producer and Jamie Lee Curtis returning as Laurie Strode, this film sounds like its out to please even the hardest core of ‘Halloween‘ fans.
Well, you guys. Bloody Disgusting is spreading the good word that Nick Castle himself will once again don the mask of The Shape in Blumhouse Production’s 2018 Halloween.
Castle will join the David Gordon Green and Danny McBride penned film that already sounds like its gonna be a particularly special entry in the iconic horror franchise.
To add to the intrigue and anticipation, Green and McBride have gone on record saying that this Halloween will ignore previous sequels and pickup from John Carpenter’s original masterpiece left off.
Speaking of Carpenter, in addition to coming on board as executive producer, the master of horror will also return to score the new film with his uniquely badass trademark synth sounds.
Laurie Strode comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.
