It was just about a month ago that Tom Six’s The Human Centipede 3: Final Sequence crawled onto VOD outlets, the prison-set sequel promised to be the final piece of the director’s disturbing puzzle. Love the films or hate them, there’s no denying that they get us talking, and today we can’t help but do just that.
Personally speaking, I thought The Human Centipede 3 was a steaming pile of crap, a mess of a movie that leans entirely on the crutch of mindless shock value. I’m a big fan of Six’s surprisingly restrained original film, but found the sequels to both be completely pointless and nauseating.
In any event, the franchise’s posters have consistently been some of the most memorable in recent years, and The Final Sequence is certainly no exception. Though the film is already out, four brand new pieces of poster art have just hit the net, and oh boy are they hard to stomach…
Are you ready? Grab your barf bag and check out the brand new and VERY NSFW Human Centipede 3 posters below – all of which are way better than the actual movie!
The final sequel stars Human Centipede’s villain Dieter Laser as prison warden Bill Boss, who is leading a big state prison in the USA and has a lot of problems; his prison statistically has the highest amount of prison riots, medical costs and staff turnover in the country. But foremost he is unable to get the respect he thinks he deserves from his inmates and the state Governor (Eric Roberts). He constantly fails in experimenting with different ideas for the ideal punishment to get the inmates in line, which drives him, together with the sizzling heat, completely insane.
Under threats of termination by the Governor, his loyal right hand man Dwight (Centipede 2‘s villain Laurence R Harvey) comes up with a brilliant idea. A revolutionary idea which could change the American prison system for good and save billions of dollars. An idea based on the notorious Human Centipede movies, that will literally and figuratively get the inmates on their knees, creating the ultimate punishment and deterrent for anyone considering a life of crime. Having nothing to lose, Bill and Dwight create a jaw-dropping 500-person prison centipede.
