aliens

There are few movie monsters as massively large and imposing as the Queen Alien, first seen in the action-packed 1986 sequel Aliens. Though the Queen was brought to our toy shelves in the 90s thanks to Kenner’s Aliens toy line, the figure didn’t quite do justice to the size of the pissed off she-bitch, which NECA intends on making right later this year.

The company just unveiled the first images of their upcoming Queen Alien ‘Ultra Deluxe Boxed Action Figure,’ which measures a whopping 15″ tall and a seriously impressive 30″ long. Featuring over 30 points of articulation, including a poseable tail, and outfitted with a display stand and two interchangeable inner-mouths, the world’s largest Xenomorph toy is in scale with all of NECA’s previously released Aliens figures, which include Hudson and Hicks.

Head over to Big Bad Toy Store to pre-order the deluxe action figure, for $94.99, and you’ll find more images of it over on Figures.com. The toy is set to begin shipping out to retailers in October, just in time for the Season of the Witch.

NECA will soon be releasing the first-ever action figure of Ellen Ripley that’s actually made with Sigourney Weaver’s likeness, and you can learn all about that, and see pictures of all the past Ripley figures, in the iHorror vault!
