In 2017, director Andy Muschietti’s R-rated adaptation of Stephen King’s gargantuan novel IT became a bigger success than anyone anticipated. Not often does a horror film become a full-on cinematic blockbuster, but that was definitely the case with IT.

Now, $700 million and two years of anticipation later, New Line is preparing to release the highly anticipated sequel, titled simply IT: Chapter Two. Boasting a cast full of recognizable faces, the sequel sees the adult Losers’ Club return to Derry.

In May, a teaser trailer for IT: Chapter Two was released. While pretty long for a teaser, it really only showed off one scene, in which adult Beverly returns to her childhood home. The new full trailer below offers much more glimpses at things to come.

The above trailer was only one of several things shown to the lucky audience in attendance during last night’s IT: Chapter Two panel at San Diego Comic-Con. They also saw a scene at Neibolt Street, and the famous Chinese restaurant reunion dinner.

Also shown was a scene that saw Bill trying desperately to stop Pennywise from claiming a new child victim inside a funhouse. Hopefully these scenes surface online. I am so excited for this movie that I can hardly stand the wait for September 6th.
