Today is April 1st, which of course means it’s April Fools’ Day. Most sites are spending the day trying to deceive their readers with gag headlines, but we’ve opted to not do that this year. Instead, we’d rather show you a hilarious prank video, which is suited to the spirit of the day.

As reported by The Daily Mail, a Brazilian hidden camera show recently played an incredibly cruel prank on an unsuspecting subway rider, making her believe that she took the express train right into The Walking Dead. And as bad as we feel for her, we can’t help but laugh at her misfortunes.

In the video, the middle-aged woman is the only person in her subway car, and after her ride suddenly comes to a screeching halt, the lights begin to flicker and she finds herself unable to open the doors. It’s then that the subway goes dark and the zombies come out to play…

Check out the hilariously cruel zombie prank below, and here’s to hoping you survive April Fools’ Day unscathed!
