Will this be Rob Zombie’s most twisted film to date?
A special Fathom Events screening will bring Rob Zombie’s 31 to theaters for one-night-only on September 1st, ahead of a wider release on October 21st, which means we’re now less than three weeks away from one of the most anticipated horror flicks of 2016. We hope you’ve grabbed your tickets, because they’re sure to sell out fast – and we’ve got a strong feeling you’re not going to want to miss this one.
While we wait, Zombie just showed off the official poster for 31, which is pretty badass. Check it out below, along with the trailer. And look for our review of Rob Zombie’s 31 on September 2nd!
Written and directed by Zombie, 31 follows five carnival workers who are kidnapped and held hostage in an abandoned, Hell-like compound where they are forced to participate in a violent game, the goal of which is to survive 12 hours against a gang of sadistic clowns.
“I think this is the one the Zombie-heads have been waiting for – a nonstop barrage of insane characters trapped in an intensely violent situation,” Zombie recently said. “I am thrilled to finally get this out to the fans.”
The film stars Sheri Moon Zombie, Meg Foster, Pancho Moler, Tracy Walter, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Jane Carr, Ginger Lynn, Lew Temple, Daniel Roebuck, E.G. Daily, Malcolm McDowell, Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs, David Ury, Judy Geeson, Torsten Voges, Richard Brake, Bari Suzuki, and Devin Sidell.
