It’s not everyday you see baseball and horror joining forces for anything good, unless we’re talking about The Battery. I think the world could benefit a lot from more of these collaborations, especially if it’s to lend a helping hand. So if you’re in New York City on Friday, June 13, plan to make the trip to Citi Field for the New York Mets’ 2nd Annual Zombie Night.
For Zombie Night, the Mets are teaming up with the non-profit organization BOOM!Health. Each ticket purchase gives a $10 donation to BOOM!Health, which helps to transform lives through health and wellness in New York City and enables New Yorkers living with and at highest risk for illness, addiction, homelessness and poverty to realize their full potential. There are packages available for individuals and businesses to give and receive more on Zombie Night.
