With Jessica Lange out but other series regulars returning, many fans have been wondering where Evan Peters stands when it comes to American Horror Story: Hotel. Will he find a room or be left out in the cold? We’ve got the scoop for ya today.
Putting the rumors to rest, series creator Ryan Murphy posted a tweet earlier today that confirms Peters’ involvement, writing that “Evan Peters will be waiting for you in Room 64.” The actor has previously appeared in every single season of the show.
Per Wikipedia, Peters played teenage sociopathic murderer Tate Langdon in the first season. In the second, subtitled Asylum, he starred as Kit Walker, a man wrongly accused of killing his wife. In the third season, subtitled Coven, he portrayed Kyle Spencer, a frat boy who is killed and brought back to life as a Frankenstein’s monster type of creature. And in the fourth season of the series, subtitled Freak Show, he played Jimmy Darling, a circus performer with deformed hands.
Peters joins the recently announced Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Lady Gaga, Chloe Sevigny, Matt Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson and Wes Bentley. Gaga and Jackson make their series debuts in Hotel, hitting FX in October, while the others have each appeared in at least one previous season.
