Moving on from Ant-Man, Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead) will now be directing Grasshopper Jungle, according to a report from The Hollywood Reporter.
I’m still hoping to see Don’t one day, but a movie about “an unstoppable army of six-foot-tall praying mantises?” Sure, I’ll take it.
It’s based on a novel by Andrew Smith, which Wright is suggesting we read:
Read this book. You will enjoy. http://t.co/2oJrrGpgJ7

According to the video, the story is cool, weird, sexy, and gross. I’m more than ready to forget about that whole Ant-Man thing.
Wright is said to be directing it from a script by Scott Rosenberg (Beautiful Girls). The book came out this past February.
Grasshopper Jungle will apparently follow Wright’s Baby Driver.
I’m sure we’ll be hearing a whole lot more in the weeks and months to come.
