Mark Gatis and and Steven Moffat are no schlubs when it comes to writing for popular fandoms. Both have taken on Sherlock and Doctor Who. So when it comes to Dracula, I think we are in good hands. In the final trailer for Dracula, we get a closer nightmarish look at the direction the series will go.

Although, the first episode aired on Jan. 1 on BBC One, Netflix will be receiving episodes 1-3 starting Jan. 4. While that is confusing on its own and the comment section will most likely reflect my statement, here we are.

The final trailer for Dracula gives us a closer look at Claes Bang’s dark character as well as nuns armed with wooden stakes, a lot of gore and a pretty swell cover of ‘Echo and the Bunnymen’s’ The Killing Moon. It also sets the tone for a darker, more sinister gothic horror. The way Dracula should be.

I’ve been waiting patiently for this one. It will be great to see a menacing Dracula again. I haven’t watched an episode just yet but, I’m getting some serious Christopher Lee vibes from Bang’s performance in this trailer.

What do you guys think? Excited to see the series? Already catch the episode’s that aired on BBC One? Let us know what you think in the comments section.
