Shudder’s Creepshow star is receiving some much needed upgrade adjustments for his big season 2 debut. While, season one’s Creep was faithful to the original Creep, it was not at all emotive enough. Leaving a lot to be wanted in the puppet.

A lot of the complaints from the horror community that were aimed at the series during its season one run, was that The Creep didn’t look great. Now, don’t get me wrong I love puppets and FX and see that they were doing the first Creep from 82’s Creepshow justice, but the old chap needed a little something extra.

Well, executive producer, Greg Nicotero posted a video to Instagram that reveals a sneak peek at what The Creep will look like in season 2.

Primarily, he is going to be more emotive with the addition of lips that allow him to give some creepy smiles.

I hope that there is also an upgrade made to the digital polish that season one had, a little grain could go a long way.

I would love to see Tom Savini go back to the role from Creepshow 2 personally, but this is cool too.

Filming on season 2 of Creepshow begins in March.

Well, what do you think of The Creep’s new look? Let us know in the comments section.
