This Sunday is of course Easter, the day where we all gather together with family and celebrate the resurrection of our lord and savior. Or, if you’re not the religious type, it’s the day where we eat a shit ton of jelly beans, paint hard-boiled eggs and desperately seek out horror movies that in any way relate to the holiday. I recommend 1972’s Night of the Lepus, which is about ravenous killer rabbits. Need I say more?
Here on iHorror we’re always all about infusing our own passions and interests into the holidays, and we thought it quite fitting to pave the road to Easter with a gallery of horror-inspired egg artwork that we think you guys and gals are gonna dig. These ain’t your grandma’s Easter eggs. or the ones you remember decorating in your youth, that’s for damn sure.
Enjoy, and we wish you and yours the happiest of Easters!

I leave you with a fun video, which showcases Billy Polard’s Jason Voorhees egg art (seen above). It’s titled Fried Egg the 13th, and you can check it out by clicking the play button below!
