John Carpenter’s Big Trouble in Little China is getting a collector’s edition release on Blu Ray from Shout! Factory and we need it now!

Packed with bonus features, this collector’s edition couldn’t be more perfect, and for the first time ever Shout! has teamed up with Sacred Bones Records to include a seven inch green vinyl of music from the film composed by Carpenter and performed by the maestro himself along with Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies.

According to MovieWeb, the A-side will the 2017 version of the film’s main theme “Porkchop Express (Big Trouble in Little China)” and the B-side will feature the 2019 recording of a never-before-released track titled “The Alley War.”

Other versions offered in this release include a Steelbook edition which will include a lithograph of the the Steelbook artwork and a standard Blu Ray edition which includes a rollout poster.

Big Trouble in Little China starred Kurt Russell as Jack Burton, a trucker who finds himself in a supernatural battle under Chinatown after his best friend’s fiance is kidnapped by the dark sorcerer Lo Pan (James Hong).

The film hit theaters in 1986 and quickly became a cult classic with a huge following, and you won’t want to miss this incredible offering from Shout! Factory.
