A24 Prop Auction May Leave You Broke, But It’s For a Good Cause

Mark your calendars horror lovers, entertainment company A24 is hosting an event that you are going to wish you could afford.

The film company is getting ready to auction off some of their most famous film props from some of their most famous movies.

Want the screen-used hammer or bear head visor from Midsommar? Or how about heirloom welcome mats from Hereditary?

Dig deep folks these items are going to set you back a few bucks. But it’s all for a good cause.

Money raised from these items will go to support organizations such as the FDNY Foundation and NYC Health + Hospitals.

Here’s a sampling of what’s available:

Annie’s heirloom hand-stitched doormats from Ari Aster’s masterpiece  Hereditary are currently at a bid of $5,000. There are two to collect.


On April 27 select items from the movie Midsommar are going on the auction block. Pieces include the hammer, bear head, and May queen flower regalia.

Then May 11 ushers in the opening bids for props from The Lighthouse.
